Rate: $119 per room plus tax, 1-4 occupants.
You must mention you are attending the NC FCCLA event and reserve your room by February 27, 2009 to earn this special rate.
All attendees must set up their own reservations and bring a Photo ID.

Items Required for Culinary Competition

 * Uniform, close-toe non-skid shoes, hair restraint (hat), apron
 * Two chef knives
 * Two paring knives
 * Two side-bar towels (regular kitchen towels)
 * Optional garnishing kit
 * One set of measuring spoons
 * One set of dry measuring cups
 * Liquid, measuring cups (1 cup)
 * Meat mallet
 * Thermometer
