Now is the time to gear up for the BEST FCCLA year and let’s make this trip to the cluster meeting “making a difference everywhere - MADE”. Get started NOW, due dates are fast approaching. NCFCCLA will have a required State Meeting at 10:00 p.m. on Thursday night; however, it will only last about 30 minutes so that everyone will be able to comply with the 11:00 curfew. Seethe forms below for information on cost of trip and tours.
Advisers: Be sure to bring phone numbers with you for at 24-hour contact with parent(s)/Guardian(s). If student(s) are involved in any misconduct activities or behavior it will be YOUR responsibility to contact the parent(s)/guardian(s) and see that the student(s) are sent home. This is not the responsibility of NC-FCCLA, the NC-FCCLA State Adviser or the NC-FCCLA Cluster Coordinator. Be prepared. Let’s make this a good time for all. If you plan to share rooms with another school, do this on your own and indicate it on the hotel form, highlighting the names and indicating who is paying what. Every school attending MUST include a workable e-mail address. Hope to hear from everyone soon. Contact me if you have concerns or questions. Janet Johnson NC-FCCLA State Adviser |
